  • Maintaining Facebook as the main media account;
  • Maintaining targeted advertising;
  • Organizing and promoting events;
  • Working with comments and feedback.

Outcomes:
  • A base of loyal subscribers to the accounts was formed;
  • High engagement was achieved on the Facebook page without posting advertisements;
  • Advertising resulted in up to 10 delivery orders per day;
  • Nasty testimonials were processed within half an hour, taking into account messages of support from loyal customers.
